No. Most people don't. :D
Although having one would certainly make your answer be taken more seriously.
References :
I wouldn't have thought so, darling, considering some of the answers I've seen.

Laughable doesn't describe them.

Well, "Colors" (who always gets 2 votes when you see his/her answers listed in Best Answers), seems to be very proud to have one, though what relevance it could be, I do not know, because here in the UK there is no such thing as a non-specific Biology Degree. You have to specialize in one of many sub-subjects like botany, ecology, etc.
This being the Men's Health category, a degree in human biology or a medical degree would be more relevant.
I agree with Livewire9, the addendum is just a marker so that multiple account holders can track their answers during the voting phase, when cheating to increase their "best answer" score. Invariably their Q&A is set to "private" too.
Many of the answers given here are downright wrong and are often just opinions. Contributors who give a source, or a link can sometimes give credibility to their answers, but just like newspapers, there is no guarantee that what you read on the internet is necessarily true either so you need to make a judgement on the credibility of the source. For example, if there is a conflict in the information given by "jackinworld" and "The World Health Organisation", you have to decide which one is most likely to be telling the truth, then do further research.
Even Wikipedia is just a collection of people's unsubstatntiated opinions and it often contains untrue "facts", until someone more knowledgeable than the original poster edits or corrects the erroneous entry.
A lot of the answers I give are from personal experience, but my background and training are also helpful, though I never say what that is.
References :
Obviously no.
Most people on here can't even speak English properly let alone have a degree in anything having to do with men's health.

Yes, except for the penis rating questions. I like the answers that say, "4 inches is normal. I'm 7 inches myself." Yeah right.

EDIT: I have a BM. Is that helpful at all?
References :
I really am a Bachelor of Music.
