The only positive health benefits I have heard of have been from breastfeeding. Breastfeeding reduces the risk of breast and ovarian cancer, as far as being pregnant, I don't think it does the same.
Good luck in the future with whatever you do!
References :
Cousin is an R.N.

That's it. Try a different time of day so a different type of people are there to help you. You don't want to try other categories or you will get those really questionable answers.
References :
Personally, as a Top Contributor in Men's Health, I wouldn't care if there were males in the Women's Health section. If they are contributing and not making inappropriate comments, then why not allow them in there? Sometimes the opposite gender has a better insight into the problem at hand because they haven't experienced it. Advice is quite easy to give when it's not you and sometimes that advice is better than anyone who has been in that predicament.
If the female/male isn't actually contributing to the opposite gender's section, then that's when they don't need to be in there. Granted, there are many females who are in here just putting nasty, inappropriate and demeaning things, there are also those who actually help and want to help. I am that way and I find that I enjoy helping, no matter the gender. I feel it depends on whether the female is helping the section or not as to whether they should be allowed in, and vis versa with the Women's Health. I personally am in here just to help and nothing else. It's easiest to just ignore those women that don't do anything helpful. Hope this helps.
